With more than 12 years of experience in the telecom and technology sector Erik has a deep understanding of the carrier and provider landscape. Erik began his technology career as an Account Manager in the Verizon partner program. Erik went on to lead the Cloud communications team for the agency for two years and helped propel the firm into the next generation of communications. Erik went on to serve an Avaya VAR as VP of Sales and helped the firm transition from an on-premise business model to a cloud centric model. Erik has a deep understanding of the cloud communications space, specifically UCaaS and CCaaS markets where he is considered by many to be a true subject matter expert appearing on many forums and events. In addition to communications, Erik has expertise and holds certifications in network solutions and security.
